Most know me as the guy that turned a 200k line of credit into a 20M real estate portfolio in my twenties…Here’s a little mor

I’m a washed up college basketball player that still tries to pass for 6’0”…but am actually 5’11”

I’m married to my incredible wife Shelbi Simon and we just welcomed our beautiful baby boy Wesley into our lives.

I love Jesus and try to live a life that honors Him in everything I do.

And, of course, I LOVE real estate. More importantly, I love the freedom which investing in real estate brings. 

Growing up, I experienced my parents lose over half of their retirement portfolio twice through crashes and poor investment choices. I watched how hard they worked, and yet how easily they lost money on investments. I swore there had to be a better way and became incredibly passionate about finding cash-flowing, recession resistant, passive investments.

Real estate solved that problem and brought our family that freedom. And my goal is to help others find that freedom - through real estate investing. — I help active investors learn how to build their own portfolios, and I help passive investors make awesome returns without dealing with tenants.

Current Portfolio

Wyatt has a portfolio of over 20M assets under management including 50+ single family homes, office, and multifamily apartments generating over $190k+ a month in cashflow.

Wyatt is the co founder of Full Circle Real Estate, and Full Circle Financing, his real estate aquisition and hard money lending companies. Wyatt is also founded  Full Circle Property Management, his in house management team.

Wyatt also founded the 7 Figure Mastermind where he helps other active real estate investors build their own portfolio.
